●島忠 TポイントのDB活用
島忠とTポイント・ジャパンはこのたび、ポイントプログラム契約を締結した。島忠では、消費者のニーズや多様なライフスタイルに適した日用品や家具等の商品提案を実現するためTポイントサービスを導入し、Tポイントのデータベースを活用したCRMや販促の最適化、また商品の品揃えなどのマーチャンダイジングといったデータベース・マーケティングに取り組んでいく。島忠でのTポイントサービス開始は今秋を予定している。
